Description:

To plan and ensure execution of ATI Beauty marketing campaigns, promotions and events, in full alignment with the policies and procedures of the Al Tayer Group (ATG) and the Brand / Principals guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Division Marketing manager in developing and executing campaigns & tactical initiatives across all marketing functions, throughout and across the BP according to the specific and identified needs of the BU
• Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant Principal requirements and guidelines, ensuring that all the respective brands within the BU apply and adhere to the guidelines across all managed marketing activities
• Map competitors‘ activities vis a vis communication, pricing, packaging and planning in relation to allocated Al Tayer brand strategy
• Maintain coordination will all ATG stakeholders to ensure full awareness of forthcoming collections / styles and communication opportunities
• Responsible for bringing cohesion to marketing process and campaign reporting across cross functional teams in marketing ,ensuring implementation as per agreement with Brand Partners

Job Requirements:

• Graduate or Post Graduate Degree, preferably in the field of Business, Marketing Management or Mass Communications
• 6+ of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role working with/for brand conscious organizations in a relevant retail industry
