Description:

The role of a bartender goes beyond the ability to pour a beer well or to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers’ needs and expectations. Bartenders should maintain positive guest interactions in a friendly and efficient manner and ensure they have a great experience at the BAR or lounge.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverage orders according to recipes and service standards.
• Knowledgeable about all bar products and cocktail recipes.
• Able to up sell each time with each customer.
• Provide high standard of quality and efficient / friendly service.

Job Requirements:

• Between one and three years’ hands-on experience in hotels or high-end bars in a similar role.
• Individual must have excellent written, presentation, oral communications and interpersonal skills in English and other languages are highly valued.
• Individual must possess strong leadership skills, be able to motivate and influence others.
• Able to think creatively and strategically, have excellent judgment and be able to work in a changing environment.
