Job Responsibilities:

The Manager, Resort Recreation has a diverse group of responsibilities that include overall operational safety, guest and colleague satisfaction and safety for all Resort Recreation areas. Aquaventure cabana operation, buggy operation, and Aquaventure guest services are also the responsibility of the Manager. In addition, the Manager is responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness, as well as the overall aquatics operation for the resorts’ pools and beaches. The Manager is responsible for the development and performance of the Operations Manager, Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, Lifeguards, Pool Attendants, and Guest Service Colleagues.

Job Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have at least High School Level Education or Equivalent, experience in a recreational role within a large resort and experience in managing a large team. You should have proficient skills in Microsoft Office / Outlook / Excel / Word / PowerPoint.
