Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Description:
To review processes across businesses and functions, gather related information, analyse the relevant information, identify gaps and design techno-functional solutions to problems to help drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- To involve in upcoming projects & rollouts that is related to EWM/WM
- Analyse new business requirements and changes to existing functionalities (small and medium size projects
- Ensuring the KPI and SLA’s are achieved and monitored.
- Maintain and support the global template towards the IFFCO business entities
Job Requirements:
- MCA / B-tech in Computer Science/IT or Computer Science
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with Senior Business stakeholders, vendors and the technical IT teams in a Matrix organization
- Prioritizing and organizing work
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
