Description:

To assist the Line Manager in planning, organizing and directing all processes of beverages, ensuring the beverage selection and stock level is consistent with the SBU’s SOP to achieve maximum revenue and profit in line with the budgeted and forecasted projections.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain departmental Standard Operating Procedures and ensures that all colleagues have a working knowledge and follow the SOPs all at all times.
• Implement, control and review all procedures relating to stock control, purchasing, stock and waste disposal as relevant to the Food & Beverage Department.
• Carry out ordering of supplies accordingly to the business level.
• Always aware of all relevant legislation regarding service of liquor, the sale of tobacco, opening hours, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Experience of min 2 years in a similar role
• Able to handle high volume
• Extensive knowledge of alcoholic beverages
• Have previous experience and confidence in managing a team
