Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

General Description:

• Manage and facilitate all contracts administration quality requirements, on behalf of all DP World departments and its Group of companies, ensuring they meet company/project’s conditions and track agreements’ auto renewal and expiration dates.
• Prepare contracts documents up to signature stage and ensure successful execution is concluded. And ensure Purchase requestions received are in accordance with contracts terms and condition prior to processing the Purchase Order.
• Develop and build relationships with existing suppliers and create relationships with new suppliers.
• Manage and negotiate the supply/service contracts and service level agreements with tenderers and service providers.
• Support and implement new systems/processes to ensure continued improvement. And Assist in the development, and promotion of efficient systems
• Prepare and where required draft contracts, post a tendering process.
• Ensure timely action is taken on all contract expiry dates and follow up on the same.
• To prepare reports on a scheduled intervals and/or generate data as required, for management review and decision making.
