Description:
He/she develops and leads the Middle East Area management team, to support and execute the long-term company strategy. Acts as an inspiration to the clients and stakeholders through his/her knowledge and skills, dedication to logistics development and non-hierarchical leadership.
Job Responsibilities:
a- Define business strategy for the country in line with Hillebrand GORI vision and strategy, and shareholder interests
b- Formulate current and long-range plans, objectives, policies and procedures to translate overall business strategy, shareholder interests and profitability targets into financial and operational reality
c- Set and monitor achievement of operational and financial objectives for multiple teams of executives, senior managers, etc.
d- Analyze complex multi-dimensional issues extensively and conceptualize new methods, techniques and/or processes across job areas or functions
Job Requirements:
a- Have high emotional intelligence. Be emphatic and highly skilled in motivating the team
b- Capable of navigating in a global (matrix-) organization
