Description:

To provide administrative support to the Accounts Receivables unit such as processing all the invoices ensuring accuracy and posting at relevant accounting documents throught effective coordination with the business entities and clients in line with the agreed terms, Accounting Principles and ENOC Group policies and procedure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide day to day administrative support to the accounts Receivables unit such as generating periodical invoices for all the customers and arrange further dispatch in accordance with the service level agreements ensuring accuracy of data.
• Analyse the receivables transaction and provide support on recocilliation of Accounts Receivables records which include inter- company reconcilliation too.
• Deal with the customer disputes\dealer queries throught liasons with various entities and ensure resolvings queries.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: A university degree in accounting qualification.
• System Skills: ERP system exposure, knowledge of MS office 
• 1 to 2 years experience in finance.
