Job: Full Time
Location: Ajman, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement staffing logistics for onboarding and induction of new joiners.
- Coordinate and ensure performance management systems are implemented with CC and recommend improvement systems to increase effectiveness.
- Lead, coordinate to ensure all documentations are up to date with regards to HR Policy, employment etc. so as to be in compliance with regulatory / ISO reporting requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree, 3 to 4 years within a similar role.
