Logistics Operations and Program Manager
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end to end freight forwarding operations for Devices from Factories to online FCs and offline distributors and retailers.
- You will be a custodian of the customer, will define best practice and will facilitate sharing across the globe.
- Collect and analyze data to discover the defects and inefficiencies in the current processes and drive strategic projects to improve them for both short and long term.
- Managing critical escalations to ensure customer needs are met on time.
- Work to continuously reduce operating costs through cost saving initiatives and opportunities within Devices supply chain.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Supply chain, Logistics, or related field from an accredited university.
- Relevant work experience in Supply Chain operations, Logistics or Freight forwarding operations role with emphasis in program management.
- Several years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain operations, Logistics or Freight forwarding operations role with emphasis on driving process excellence, Kaizens.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to be able to justify decisions and approaches with data.
- Proven track record of driving projects from scratch and coordinating with all levels of organization for its successful implementation.
