1- After Sales Supervisor – Mall of the Emirates Fashion Boutique
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform simple repairs in the boutique
- Be the main point of contact of the Aftersales workshops with regards to the current repairs
- Prevent and/or handle client’s conflicts by providing suitable solutions and adopting an empathetic approach
- Support and provide trainings and good practices sharing in the boutique for repair related issues
Job Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in an After Sales role with a luxury environment.
- Well organized with excellent communication skills and able to work well under pressure.
- Solution-oriented and detail-oriented mindset, your integrity and emotional intelligence as well with your intercultural openness will be key to succeed in this position.
