Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Description:
To assist in providing support in Corporate governance, commercial contracts, within M&A, regulatory, legal matters, including, corporate (joint ventures, start-ups, spin outs, investments, divestments etc
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in review and some minor drafting of contracts, letters and other corporate documents.
- Perform due diligenc
- Prepare and file reports.
- Manage and coordinate legal aspects of contracts
- Assist ADPORTS Legal team and work in close coordination with clusters and board support team
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law preferred or related from a recognized university and should have strong interest in legal work
