Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
- Account Lead role is pivotal in developing, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with the client and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery of JLL’s Data Center FM/IT Services Operations for Clien.
- Responsible for self-delivery of technical services, deployment of JLL’s CEM programme. Other key areas of responsibility include supplier management, mobilisation/transition, and compliance.
- The role will be based in Dubai and will initially cover operations in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Egypt, it will expand in line with the customers portfolio.
Job Requirements:
- Engineering degree or relevant experience.
- Minimum of 10 years data center operations experience related to FM service delivery
- Previous P&L management experience required.
- Thorough understanding of data center systems related to operational delivery.
- Thorough understanding of IT raised floor, co-location, hyper-scale, and cloud environments.
