Description:

Accor Hotels & Resorts Premium, Midscale, and Economy Brands across the Middle East, Africa, Turkey, Asia, and the Pacific region are seeking a passionate, talented and experienced regional Director Food and Beverage to develop and execute our F&B strategy in the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and Pacific region.

Reporting to the Vice President Food and Beverage MEASPAC, the responsibilities will include:

• Provide pre-opening support in accordance with agreed critical path.
• F&B Consultant / Food Service Consultant / Interior Design Consultant liaison for new and renovating hotels.
• Product development including prototype and roll-out restaurant & bar and events related concepts.
• Ensure performance goals and plans are in place for each region / hotel to achieve the annual Food and Beverage budget targets.
• Oversee food and beverage strategic project development process from conception,  to implementation and delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., business, hospitality)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the F&B field
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role ideally in a multi property / country / regional role.
• Experience in food and beverage product development and concept design
• Strong team management skills and experience
