Job Responsibilities:

• Supports and implements the strategy for the Department.
• Defines the operating framework and policies for the department and ensures compliance with internal quality standards.

• Oversees the development of in-house course and content for the identified trainings to ensure its effectiveness.

• Ensures cost efficient procurement of learning services – learning facilities, learning content and delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Human Resources) or any related discipline. Masters preferred.
• 5 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector with at least 3 years in similar positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in the HR function.
